What is covered?Benefit Coverage:
- Daily Benefit Maximum of $150 per day
Benefits payable after:
- 3 consecutive days of hospitalization (starts the day you present yourself at the hospital)
Benefit duration:
- Maximum of 120 consecutive days
- Members / Spouse / Dependent Children
- Coverage terminates at age 70
